Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- sprays of oil

Preparation
- Remove the chicken from the fridge 15 minutes before cooking to warm up.
Method
- Step 1
- Pat dry the chicken wings with kitchen paper, then add the wings to the bag.
- Seal the bag, and shake until all the chicken is covered.
- Step 2
- Spritz the air fryer with oil and set it for 200°C and 45 mins.
- Step 3
- When ready, add the chicken wings to the air fryer and spritz the wings with oil.
- Step 4
- When the time is up, check the chicken is cooked and that the juices run clear before serving.
- Step 5
- Serve.
