Bread Machine Burger Buns

Ingredients
- 500 g plain white flour
- 300 ml warm water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp active yeast

Method
- Step 1
- Add the warm water to the bread machine first.
- Add the honey and veg oil second.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and add third.
- Add the salt fourth.
- Add the flour fifth.
- Sprinkle the yeast on top.
- Step 2
- Set the bread machine on the leavened dough cycle. (Number 11 on the Moulinex Pain Plaisir.)
- Step 3
- When the cycle is finished, remove the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, and roll into bun shapes.
- Place the buns on a baking paper on a baking tray, and leave to rise for 2 hours.
- Step 4
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 220°C.
- Bake buns on the middle shelf for 15 mins.
- Step 5
- Remove the buns from the oven and leave to cool.
