Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 185 g greek yoghurt
- 120 g mozzarella
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper

Method
- Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Step 3
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add the yoghurt and whisk.
- Add the cheese and whisk.
- Step 4
- Pour the mixture onto the baking paper and spread out into a thin layer.
- Step 5
- Bake for 20 mins.
- Step 6
- Cut to the size required and serve.
