Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 185 g greek yoghurt
  • 120 g mozzarella
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions

Method

  • Step 1
    • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2
    • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Step 3
    • In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
    • Add the yoghurt and whisk.
    • Add the cheese and whisk.
  • Step 4
    • Pour the mixture onto the baking paper and spread out into a thin layer.
  • Step 5
    • Bake for 20 mins.
  • Step 6
    • Cut to the size required and serve.
