
Simple chicken nuggets. The kids were happy with as long as they had ketchup for dipping.

Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
- 450 g minced chicken
- 1 x egg
- 30 g panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil

- Step 1
- Heat the vegetable oil in a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat. (Number 7.)
- Step 2
- Mix the chicken mince and egg.
- Step 3
- Place the breadcrumbs onto a plate.
- Step 4
- Take about 1 tbsp of the chicken-egg mince and roll it into a ball.
- Roll the ball in the breadcrumbs and set aside.
- Repeat until all the chicken mince is in breadcrumb balls.
- Step 5
- Place the chicken nuggets into the oil and fry for 2 mins on one side.
- Flatten the chicken balls to about 1 cm thickness and fry for another minute.
- Gently turn the nuggets over and fry for 3 mins on the other side.
- Step 6
- Serve.
