Ingredients
- 500 g (2 large) chicken breast
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 120 ml coconut cream
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- pinch black pepper

Preparation
- Dice the chicken breasts.
Method
- Step 1
- Add the chicken breast, olive oil, chicken stock, coconut cream, turmeric, ground ginger, garlic powder, cinnamon, and black pepper into a large saucepan.
- Bring the saucepan to a boil.
- Simmer for 25 mins.
- Step 2
- Remove soup from the heat.
- Use a handheld blender and partially shred the chicken meat.
- Step 3
- Serve.
