Corned Beef And Egg Hash

Ingredients
- 340 g (1 can) corned beef
- 5 x eggs
- ½ tbsp lard
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp mustard powder

Preparation
- Dice the corned beef
Method
- Step 1
- Heat the lard in a large frying pan on medium heat. (Number 6.)
- Step 2
- When the lard is heated, add the corned beef, salt and mustard powder.
- Fry for 10 mins, stirring often.
- Step 3
- Crack the eggs in with the beef.
- Keep stirring until the eggs have gone solid, about 3-4 mins.
- Step 4
- Serve.
