Corned Beef And Egg Hash

| Breakfast And Lunch | Low Carb | Carnivore | Lamb And Beef | Dairy Eggs And Mushrooms |

Ingredients

  • 340 g (1 can) corned beef
  • 5 x eggs
  • ½ tbsp lard
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp mustard powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Dice the corned beef

Method

  • Step 1
    • Heat the lard in a large frying pan on medium heat. (Number 6.)
  • Step 2
    • When the lard is heated, add the corned beef, salt and mustard powder.
    • Fry for 10 mins, stirring often.
  • Step 3
    • Crack the eggs in with the beef.
    • Keep stirring until the eggs have gone solid, about 3-4 mins.
  • Step 4
    • Serve.
