Preparation

  • Top, tail and peel the courgette.
  • Spiralise the courgette.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Place the spiralised courgette on a plate.
    • Microwave on high for 2-4 mins until heated through, 'fluff' the courgette partway through.
  • Step 2
    • Serve.
