Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 200 ml warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp active yeast

Preparation
- If you have a non-stick loaf tray, skip this step; if you don't, grease a baking sheet and line the tray with the sheet.
Method
- Step 1
- Prepare a bread tray of about 23cm in length.
- Step 2
- Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
- Add the water and mix in.
- Step 3
- Leave in a warm place to rise for 1-2 hours .
- Step 4
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 180°C.
- Step 5
- Bake the bread for 45 mins.
- Step 6
- Let it cool a little before slicing.
