
Probably the easiest cauliflower rice recipe. A veggie substitute for real rice.

Fried Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
- 200 g (¼ head) cauliflower
- 1 tsp lard/sunflower oil

Preparation
- Place the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until it resembles fine grains.
Method
- Step 1
- Melt the lard in a medium frying pan over medium heat. (Number 7.)
- Step 2
- When the lard is hot, pour in the cauliflower rice.
- Fry the cauliflower for 10 mins stirring often.
- Step 3
- Serve.
