Garlic And Rosemary Naan Bread

Ingredients
- 250 g flour + extra for dusting
- 150 ml warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp active yeast
- 4 tsp oil
- 1 x clove garlic
- ½ tsp dried rosemary

Preparation
- To keep the naan bread warm, preheat an oven to the lowest setting.
- Crush the garlic.
Method
- Step 1
- Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl.
- Add the water and mix in.
- Step 2
- Leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
- Step 3
- Add the garlic and the rosemary and knead until everything is mixed.
- Divide into 8 portions.
- Step 4
- Roll out each portion into a circular shape of about ½cm thickness.

- Heat a small frying pan on medium-high heat. (Number 7.)
- Add ½ tsp of the sunflower oil to the pan and brush to cover the pan base.
- Step 7
- Add one portion of the dough.
- Cook for 1 min 30 secs on one side, flip, and cook for 1 min 30 secs on the other.
- Remove from the pan and keep warm in the oven.
- Repeat until all the bread is cooked.
- Step 8
- Serve.
