Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 225 g mushrooms
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preparation
- Slice the mushrooms.
Method
- Step 1
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Step 2
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the frying pan.
- Step 3
- Fry for 20 mins, stirring often.
- Step 4
- Serve.
