Goat's And Cheddar Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 x eggs
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 50 g goat's cheese
  • 25 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

Preparation

  • Grate the cheddar cheese.
  • Grate the goat's cheese.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat. (Number 6.)
  • Step 2
    • In a small bowl, mix the eggs and salt.
  • Step 3
    • When the butter is hot, tip the pan, so the butter covers the bottom.
    • Pour the eggs into the pan and tip again, so the mixture spreads.
    • Cook until the top of the eggs is just set, about 5 mins.
  • Step 4
    • Use a fish slice and turn the omelette over.
    • Add the cheddar cheese and goat's cheese to one side of the omelette.
    • Leave the omelette to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Step 5
    • Use a fish slice and fold the omelette in half.
    • Leave to cook for 1 minute.
  • Step 6
    • Serve.
