Goat's And Cheddar Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
- 3 x eggs
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 50 g goat's cheese
- 25 g cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp butter

Preparation
- Grate the cheddar cheese.
- Grate the goat's cheese.
Method
- Step 1
- Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat. (Number 6.)
- Step 2
- In a small bowl, mix the eggs and salt.
- Step 3
- When the butter is hot, tip the pan, so the butter covers the bottom.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and tip again, so the mixture spreads.
- Cook until the top of the eggs is just set, about 5 mins.
- Step 4
- Use a fish slice and turn the omelette over.
- Add the cheddar cheese and goat's cheese to one side of the omelette.
- Leave the omelette to cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 5
- Use a fish slice and fold the omelette in half.
- Leave to cook for 1 minute.
- Step 6
- Serve.
