Grilled Lamb Chops With Allspice And Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 4 x 145g (large) lamb chops, bone-in
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 2 x cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

Preparation

  • Marinate the meat for 5 hours as part of Step 1.
  • Crush the garlic.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, allspice, black pepper and rosemary together.
    • Add in the lamb chops and leave in the fridge to marinate.
    • Marinate for at least 5 hours.
  • Step 2
    • Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  • Step 3
    • Place the lamb chops onto some aluminium foil on a tray.
    • Grill for 5 mins on one side. Flip over and grill for 5 mins on the other side.
  • Step 4
    • Serve.
