Grilled Lamb Chops With Allspice And Rosemary

Ingredients
- 4 x 145g (large) lamb chops, bone-in
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 x cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp allspice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried rosemary

Preparation
- Marinate the meat for 5 hours as part of Step 1.
- Crush the garlic.
Method
- Step 1
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, allspice, black pepper and rosemary together.
- Add in the lamb chops and leave in the fridge to marinate.
- Marinate for at least 5 hours.
- Step 2
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Step 3
- Place the lamb chops onto some aluminium foil on a tray.
- Grill for 5 mins on one side. Flip over and grill for 5 mins on the other side.
- Step 4
- Serve.
