Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 240 ml extra light olive oil
- 1 x egg
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Method
- Step 1
- Place the olive oil and egg into a bowl.
- Use a handheld blender and whisk until the two are mixed and creamy.
- Step 2
- Add the remaining ingredients and briefly blend again.
- Step 3
- Keep chilled until serving.
