- 3 x eggs
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder

Method
- Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Step 2
- Prepare a baking tray by covering it with baking paper.
- Step 3
- Separate the eggs into two bowls, whites and yolks.
- Step 4
- Whisk the egg whites until they make stiff peaks.
- Step 5
- Whisk the egg yolks.
- Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the egg yolks.
- Whisk again.
- Step 6
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolks.
- Step 7
- Use the soup ladle and make 4 pools of the mixture onto the baking paper.
- **Step 8
- Bake in the centre of the oven for about 15 mins, keep a close eye on the cooking.
- Step 9
- After cooking, remove from the oven and leave to cool before peeling off the baking paper to use.
