Mint Lamb Burgers

Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 1½ tbsp dried mint
  • 1½ tbsp dried chives
  • ¼ tsp dried ground ginger
  • 1 x clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lard

Preparation

  • Crush the garlic.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix the ingredients using your hands; thoroughly squash the ingredients together.
  • Step 2
    • Melt the lard in a frying pan over medium-high heat. (Number 7.)
  • Step 3
    • Fry for 4 mins on each side.
  • Step 4
    • Serve.
