Mint Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
- 500 g lamb mince
- 1½ tbsp dried mint
- 1½ tbsp dried chives
- ¼ tsp dried ground ginger
- 1 x clove garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lard

Preparation
- Crush the garlic.
Method
- Step 1
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix the ingredients using your hands; thoroughly squash the ingredients together.
- Step 2
- Melt the lard in a frying pan over medium-high heat. (Number 7.)
- Step 3
- Fry for 4 mins on each side.
- Step 4
- Serve.
