
A tasty seafood salad, it didn't make my top salad choice but was snice enough to make the website for future use.

Mustard Prawn Salad

Ingredients
- 400 g de-shelled prawns
- 2 x tomatoes
- 2 x avocados
- 6 tbsp light olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 x cloves garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preparation
- Crush the garlic
- Peel, de-stone and dice the avocado.
- Dice the tomatoes.
Method
- Step 1
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
- Step 2
- Mix the tomatoes, avocados, prawns and vinaigrette in a salad bowl.
- Step 3
- Serve.
