Roasted parsnips with a bit of curry powder. This recipe was ok and can be a side dish or a snack.

Parsnip Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 x (large) parsnips
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Peel, top and tail, and slice the parsnips into 2cm cubes.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2
    • Mix the oil, salt and curry powder in a bowl and add to the parsnips; toss until each slice is thoroughly covered.
  • Step 3
    • Bake for 20 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
  • Step 4
    • Serve.
