
Roasted parsnips with a bit of curry powder. This recipe was ok and can be a side dish or a snack.

Parsnip Chips

Ingredients
- 2 x (large) parsnips
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp curry powder

Preparation
- Peel, top and tail, and slice the parsnips into 2cm cubes.
Method
- Step 1
- Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Mix the oil, salt and curry powder in a bowl and add to the parsnips; toss until each slice is thoroughly covered.
- Step 3
- Bake for 20 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
- Step 4
- Serve.
