A basic recipe for broccoli, nothing special but tastes ok.

Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 x broccoli head
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Remove the bottom of the broccoli stalk, where it's a little woody, and chop the rest of the broccoli, florets and stalk into bite-size florets.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2
    • Mix the broccoli with oil and salt.
  • Step 3
    • Spread the broccoli out on baking paper on a baking tray.
    • Roast for 25 mins turning halfway through.
  • Step 4
    • Serve.
