
A basic recipe for broccoli, nothing special but tastes ok.

Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 x broccoli head
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Preparation
- Remove the bottom of the broccoli stalk, where it's a little woody, and chop the rest of the broccoli, florets and stalk into bite-size florets.
Method
- Step 1
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Mix the broccoli with oil and salt.
- Step 3
- Spread the broccoli out on baking paper on a baking tray.
- Roast for 25 mins turning halfway through.
- Step 4
- Serve.
