Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 x butternut squash
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Peel and de-seed the butternut squash.
  • Cut the squash into cubes about an 2cm square.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2
    • Mix the butternut squash cubes with oil and salt and spread the squash on a baking tray.
  • Step 3
    • Roast for about 35 mins; turn the squash cubes about halfway through.
  • Step 4
    • Serve.
