Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 1 x butternut squash
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Preparation
- Peel and de-seed the butternut squash.
- Cut the squash into cubes about an 2cm square.
Method
- Step 1
- Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Mix the butternut squash cubes with oil and salt and spread the squash on a baking tray.
- Step 3
- Roast for about 35 mins; turn the squash cubes about halfway through.
- Step 4
- Serve.
