
These were quite tasty, but be careful not to overcook.

Roasted Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
- 500 g lamb mince
- 60g (½ medium ) onion
- ½ tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp allspice

Preparation
- Finely shred the fennel. (I use the food processor.)
Method
- Step 1
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Precook the fennel for 1 min in the microwave.
- Step 3
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Squeeze the ingredients in your hands until the texture becomes smooth.
- Shape the mixture into 15-20 small meatballs.
- Step 4
- Spread the meatballs out on a baking tray.
- Roast in the oven for 25 mins turning halfway through.
- Step 5
- Serve.
