A basic oven roasted bell pepper recipe. The bell peppers taste fine but this is usually a recipe used in combination wiht something else.

Ingredients

  • 1 x red bell pepper
  • ¼ tsp oil

Instructions

Method

  • Step 1
    • Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
  • Step 2
    • Cut the red bell pepper in half, rub both halves with the oil and place both sides face-down on a baking tray.
  • Step 3
    • Roast for 25 mins.
  • Step 4
    • Remove the stalk and pips before serving.
