
A basic oven roasted bell pepper recipe. The bell peppers taste fine but this is usually a recipe used in combination wiht something else.

- 1 x red bell pepper
- ¼ tsp oil

Method
- Step 1
- Pre-heat a fan-assisted oven to 200°C.
- Step 2
- Cut the red bell pepper in half, rub both halves with the oil and place both sides face-down on a baking tray.
- Step 3
- Roast for 25 mins.
- Step 4
- Remove the stalk and pips before serving.
