Roasted Spring Onions

Ingredients
- 15-20 x spring onions
- 1 tsp oil
- ¼ tsp salt

Preparation
- Top, tail and peel off the outer layer of the spring onions.
Method
- Step 1
- Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 180°C.
- Step 2
- Mix the spring onions, oil and salt together and spread them out on a baking tray.
- Step 3
- Roasted for 25 mins; turn halfway through cooking.
- Step 4
- Serve.
