A basic spring onion recipe for using up spring onions. This tasted way better than we thought it would.

Roasted Spring Onions

Ingredients

  • 15-20 x spring onions
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Top, tail and peel off the outer layer of the spring onions.

Method

  • Step 1
    • Preheat a fan-assisted oven to 180°C.
  • Step 2
    • Mix the spring onions, oil and salt together and spread them out on a baking tray.
  • Step 3
    • Roasted for 25 mins; turn halfway through cooking.
  • Step 4
    • Serve.
