Tortillas

Ingredients
- 250 g flour + extra for dusting
- 120 ml warm water
- 1 tbsp lard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder

Method
- Step 1
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Step 2
- Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Step 3
- Take 1 tbsp of the dough and roll it out as thinly as possible.
- Repeat until all the dough is rolled out.
- Step 4
- Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. (Number 7.)
- Step 6
- Cook each tortilla for 1 min on each side, and repeat until all the tortillas are cooked.
- Step 7
- Serve.
