Simple tortillas for when we need them.

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour + extra for dusting
  • 120 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp lard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Method

  • Step 1
    • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Step 2
    • Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Step 3
    • Take 1 tbsp of the dough and roll it out as thinly as possible.
    • Repeat until all the dough is rolled out.
  • Step 4
    • Heat a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. (Number 7.)
  • Step 6
    • Cook each tortilla for 1 min on each side, and repeat until all the tortillas are cooked.
  • Step 7
    • Serve.
